Right of exchange

All returns within Germany are free for our customers!

Right of exchange

For all hand-knotted and hand-woven carpets that you purchase from us via our online shop with a value of goods of EUR 1000 or more, we grant you a voluntary right of exchange in addition to the statutory right of revocation. The period for exercising the voluntary right of exchange begins at the end of the statutory cancellation period and ends 50 days after receipt of the goods. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. A prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of exchange is, however, that you ordered the goods only for trial purposes and return them in their original condition, intact and without damage, in the original or comparable packaging. If you would like to make use of our returns service, please contact our customer service department by email (info@teppichprinz.de). You will then receive the return information and your free return label by email. If you are unable to print out the return label, we can also send you the documents by post.

The costs for a return outside Germany will be borne by the customer. We will be happy to provide you with an offer for an insured return. We will not accept packages sent freight collect.

The return shipment should be sent to: Sherzada GmbH, Brook 7, 20457 Hamburg Germany.

After receipt of the goods, you can choose another alternative item of equal or higher value in exchange for the difference. A further exchange or revocation of the alternative item is unfortunately not possible after it has been sent to you. Please also understand that we cannot make a refund if you exercise your voluntary right of exchange.

Your statutory right of cancellation is not affected by compliance with our rules on the supplementary contractually granted voluntary right of exchange and remains in force irrespective of this. Until the expiry of the period for the statutory right of withdrawal, only the statutory conditions listed there apply. Furthermore, the contractually granted voluntary right of exchange does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which remain unrestricted.
